Please attach the reference pics (3 clear shots from different angles of your character preferred) and any other information that you feel might help. For busts, please get clear shots of the character’s face. For half bodies/full-bodies please give me clear shots of your character’s clothing and reference pics of the poses you’d like for them. For in-game location sketches please include pics/screenshots if you want specific locations/angles, otherwise I will pick a scene from the map you specified! The more references you provide, the less of a chance that I will misinterpret what you want!

Bust Sketches - 35 USD

Half-Body - 65 USD

Full-Body - 75 USD

Add-Ons

  • Weapon/furniture/minion/pet: 10USD (simpler ones can be reduced to 5USD)

  • Background: Base 20USD (final price depends on complexity)

  • Additional Characters: 55USD(HalfBody)/ 65USD(Fullbody)

Extra charges might incur for complex/difficult/extremely-detailed pieces!

Terms of Service

  • Once we have confirmed the details of the commissions I will send you an invoice. Payments are to be made by PayPal in USD.

  • For pieces above 100USD, a 50:50 payment split is allowed. 50% must be paid before I start working on the piece and the remaining 50% is to be paid after the sketch approval stage for me to continue working on it.

  • I will only start work after receiving the payment. A piece typically takes ~ 2-4 weeks depending on how many orders were placed before yours barring any real life emergencies but I will keep you in the loop if there are delays. If you have a hard deadline please let me know so I can take it into consideration when accepting the commission :)

  • If for some reason I am unable to complete the piece I will offer you a full refund.

  • For Half-body and Full-body sketches, I will send you a rough sketch for composition and general pose/positioning for your approval. Any major changes you want should be communicated here! The sooner you okay it, the sooner I can work on it! (For busts no rough sketch will be sent.)

  • I reserve the rights to decline commission offers for a variety of reasons (e.g If I feel I would be unable to complete your piece to a standard that I like, if you are rushing me and I don’t feel comfortable with it or if you are rude to me, but I hope we can all get along ^ u ^)

  • Images will be provided in JPEG/PNG format. Busts are usually done on canvases ~ 2732 x 2048 px in size. Half/Fullbodies are done on A4 sized canvases (300dpi) If you have any specific specifications in mind please let me know in advance.

  • The pieces are for personal use only!

  • You may upload the finished piece online (To your SNS/instagram/twitter/website etc) as long as you don't claim that it's your work. Credit to thefireflylamp@twitter or thefireflylamp@instagram would be appreciated!

Post-Commission

  • There will be no refunds once the piece is completed. If you wish to refund halfway through the piece I will let you know what % of the piece I have completed and refund you the difference. I will also send you what I’ve worked on so far.

  • I can offer up to 2 minor corrections. Revisions that will need me to rework a major portion of the piece is possible at an extra charge. I hope we can avoid this situation by being as clear as possible with the order :)

  • I retain the rights to my art and will put the pieces up as part of my portfolio online. (Drop me your online username if you want me to tag or mention you when I post!) If you do not wish to have your commissioned piece up there please discuss it with me at the beginning of the commission process. (Extra charges will apply)

  • Note: Please let me know if the piece is a gift/surprise so that I won't post it on my social media before the specified date!
